Amazing wardrobe replacement option

Amazing wardrobe replacement option! Absolutely loved every item in the REGAL package. The shoes were too large (my mistake) but the exchange process was easy and simple to understand and use. The other items fit well and are great quality. Customer service is spot on, quick reply and response and check ins about product happiness and quality. I didnt pay for the extra stylest option, but feel like I got it already. I absolutely loved every item and will keep this subscription until I start getting duplicates. Lets hope I dont!

Fantastic Experience Thus Far

Fantastic; personalized selection of clothing and accessories - all items of good value (nothing that feels cheap - and the customer service is excellent. For all those who don’t necessarily have time to follow fashion/styles or the money to revamp your entire wardrobe all at once. Returns are quick and easy; customers service has been outstanding. Definitely highly recommend anyone give it a try.

3 for 3 outstanding!

I have received three boxes of items. Every single box not only included items that are really a perfect match for me but they fit great! Plus, there are at a minimum 6 items in each box....shirts, jackets, belts, pants, jeans, sweaters....I just love it! I had two items that did not fit in the second box. I sent them back and they sent me the larger size and that turnaround time was less that a week! Stately is fabulous. I am not a shopper. I have a hard time choosing clothing that goes together, matches, etc. Having a box arrive where all of that has been done for me!??? OH YEA!!!

Perfect for guys who don't like to shop

I love Stately! My boyfriend hates shopping and always wears the same stuff, so I got him a subscription and he loves it. His boxes always have designer clothes and ends up saving us money. Thank you Stately for making my man look good!

Worst Experience I Have Had with A Company

Although some of the clothes were decent, my experience with Stately is the worst I have had with a company. I was charged a significant amount of money without warning when I was not expecting it; I have had more technical problems with Stately's website than any other I've shopped on, and I believe this to be the cause. Whatever the reason it happened, I let Stately know immediately that there was a mistake and that I did not order anything. Despite having weeks, customer service refused to resolve the situation, and I now have a box of clothes I did not order and do not consider my property sitting in my garage. I am open to speaking with Stately further, but currently feel I have been deliberately scammed, and am in contact with my bank over the matter. If you are considering ordering from Stately, read their terms of service in its entirety; there is no official way to return items, no matter the circumstances. It is very easy for them to ignore changes to your subscription and then claim the right to take and keep your money, and other reviewers say that have had difficulty cancelling as well. Unless you would not notice over $175 disappearing out of your account all of a sudden, I recommend avoiding Stately.

Seems like they send you items that didn’t sell at TJ Max. Returned most items, and talked to a stylist. Exchanged items were a big miss. Kept a sweater and donated everything else. Canceled immediately

Poor Execution of Service

I ordered my initial box after adding notes specifying that where I live only allows me to wear pants or long sleeves for a few days a year. I received the box and opened it to find pants and a long-sleeved shirt. The size was too small as well, so I included both issues in my exchange request. The exchange email stated my request was approved, but I also needed to update my style profile so my stylist would have "greater insight into" my style. I had already finished every section of the profile, so this was a cut-and-paste email. A few weeks later, I received the exchange. They were the same size as the items I returned previously. I called Stately and had to leave a message. I received an email response later stating they would give me a "call back first thing tomorrow." I responded to the email and expressed my frustration that I received shirts the same size as those I indicated were too small. The response was this, "We never like to assume as it is not uncommon that certain brands and styles may fit differently than others. For future reference , we kindly ask to add as much feedback as possible when submitting exchanges." Here is the synopsis Stately sent to me as the reasons for the exchange: Items submitted on this request: Tailor Vintage Stretch Jersey Cabana Shirt - Sizing - Too Tight JACHS NY Stretch Chambray Heritage Long-Sleeve Shirt - Do Not Wear This Type of Clothing Category Jachs New York Bowie Straight Fit Stretch Chino Pant - Do Not Wear This Type of Clothing Category Jachs New York Stretch Chambray Bleecker Short - Sizing - Too Tight It was too much to ask that a person use common sense to extrapolate that if a shirt is reported as too small, the following shirts should be the next size up. However, the next box arrived with the appropriate-sized items. About a month later, I decided to try Stately one more time. I logged into my profile and updated all the sizing, ensuring the notes regarding my clothing preferences were clear. Today, the Stately box arrived. I opened it to find a pair of pants, two long-sleeved shirts, and a useless pair of long socks. My profile had clearly not been read before these items were shipped to me, so now I am again stuck with another trip to the post office due to their incompetence. I prefer to return everything and receive a refund, but that isn't what they do. If you spend money with them, you are stuck with whatever they send you after complaints and returns. I will no longer order from Stately. The idea for the business is solid, but their execution is abysmal.

Bad style and customer fulfillment

They don’t follow your style guides at all. Then when your next charge comes around if you ask to cancel, they will only refund you 30% so you need to dispute. Horrible. Edit post Stately reply: This is a canned response. In fact I had filled out every piece I could above the standard style options. On top of this I filled out a survey about how the stylist is off and I prefer to be reached out. I was never contacted until I contacted to cancel. If you tried to make it right, I would amend this, but I had to fight tooth and nail for a refund of something that was charged less than an hour before when it takes weeks for you to even send a package out.

Personal Styling for Modern Men - NOT!!!!!

I spent time emphasizing what I like and what I don't like, including colors. Sent pics, etc. I received 2 pairs of jeans that were labeled slim and they were so baggy. I don't like burgundy and one of the shirts was that color. This was supposed to be an dressy type outfit. The outfit I received was for someone going to a campfire and way past casual. The clothes were cheap even though the price tags on the clothes added up to more that I spend. I looked through the clothes that I could exchange for and I didn't like any of those either. The problem here is that I could get these same clothes at Nordstrom Rack for much cheaper; I just wouldn't buy them. They did send me 1 pair of Happy Socks that I liked marked 2 pair for $14. So overall it was a total disappointment. I am a realist so I do understand that some men do need this service; fortunately for me, I cancelled immediately and I will be giving these clothes to the needy for Christmas.
