The company is ridiculous
The company is ridiculous. They sent the wrong sizes. They charge you for replacing items that are ridiculously overpriced and some items they send you you can’t return at all. I got sent an ugly shirt that they listed as $99 that doesn’t fit and is something that an 80-year-old man would wear, and they say it’s not returnable. All the other items are too big, and they are charging me to return them

SCAM
I was reasonably happy at first. The clothes were nice and the outfits paired up well. After the first box though, the selections started to become obviously lower cost. I ended up having to exchange a number of items. Finally, I sent a note with my last exchange, on which I had to pay shipping costs, telling them to cancel my subscription. Did they? No. I saw a charge on my account on December 13th for another box. I immediately contacted them and was told it was too late to cancel. THE ORDER SHIPPED A WEEK LATER. To late to cancel? I had already cancelled. It arrived a full week later on 12/27! I refused the UPS package and disputed the charge with my credit card company. A few days later they contact me by text message to tell me they have received the refused UPS package and are going to give me a "store credit". BEWARE of this online retailer. They are a scam and they will rip you off.
Very Happy Trying Stately
Since trying Stately I have been nothing but impressed. I chose the regal plan because I wanted something a little more than the basic package with a few more options. I was a little hesitant a few years ago to try this service but I was wrong, and it has been outstanding. To start, they ship with the best, UPS. Once your box arrives it's nicely packaged with the seal of approval from your stylist. Opening the box is an experience; from the name brand clothing, to just appreciating the work someone else has done to pick out outfits for you. Overall, Stately really lives up to my expectations and I'm looking forward to my next box.
An Excellent Service.
I have been getting a shipment every month for almost a year. Excellent styles and, what is rare these days, is that they also have good customer service. I tried one of their competitor's first and it was an awful experience.
Clothes just OK, no customer service
First box came, clothes were of OK quality - I was disappointed with the quality given they advertise as a higher end brand. The shoes in particular were not nearly the quality of the shoes in their photos/advertising. I decided to give it one more box before making a final decision, that box charged to my card 9 days ago and has not yet shipped. The only customer service I seem to get is an automated AI Bot - so at this point not sure what the hold-up is and there doesn't appear to be a way to find out. Lastly, I was looking at how to manage my subscription and cancel - all instructions on their website say go to "Account -> Subscription" however that section does not exist and there does not appear to be any way on any menu to pause, cancel, or manage the subscription in any way. I may have to resort to cancelling my credit card and getting a new one to prevent them from charging.
SCAMMMY!!! Avoid at all costs.
Placed my first order back in july and used one of their promo codes to get extra value out of it. I was pretty excited because i had sent in exactly what I was looking to get and gave plenty of exanples of my taste of style. The box came in and these clothes sucked. They actually went around and blindly threw 7 things that dont go together and shipped it out. Thats not even the worst part. I just got charged again for a box and recieved a email notfiying me of it happening. I reached out within hours of recieving the email and at this point the order hasnt even been started. They refused a Refund citing store policy and now im out about 200 bucks and about to get some super dog**** tj maxx and ross leftovers.

NO REFUNDS!! Beware, you can't return anything. Its basically leftover stuff from Ross. All are no-name brands made from very cheap material. They inflate the "real price" to make it look like you're getting a deal, but you could get most of this for half or less than Stately's price at Target, Ross, etc. for $197, I got about $80 in clothing made from the cheapest cloth known to man. Might as well just roll up your money and smoke it.
