Save your money

So no one picks up the phone no one calls you back. They say no refund but if you file a claim with the bank for fraud you will get your money back. Because that’s what this company is. They do not care about the customer they rely on first time buyers and that’s it. I got my refund and hope to prevent others from doing business with them. Heck I will even offer to come in for 6 months for my normal fee and turn that company around they will have higher profits and better reviews yea your policy’s say that but it should also say we don’t pick up the phone won’t reply to voicemails Folks save your money not worth the hassle

I just received my third box

I just received my third box. I have worn 20% of the clothes and the rest I want to return. I need to make time to see if I even can return what I'm not going to wear. I'm hanging in there, but I'm probably going to give it one or two more boxes, and if they are like what I've gotten so far, I will pull the plug. Great concept. I'm just not having good luck. Also some of the clothes that have been sent are technically similar to what I can get at Marshalls for much less. Sweaters specifically.

This service is exactly what I needed

This service is exactly what I needed! I’m extremely busy and don’t have time to pick out well designed outfits all the time. I also like that it’s not stuff I would typically pick out for myself. I tend to stay with what I know so this is opening up my wardrobe to new ideas. I’ve even had to send back garments that don’t fit and it was no hassle at all!

Nice items, not enough variety from month to month

First few months were great. They picked out some nice things that looked pretty good on me that I probably wouldn't have picked for myself. That's exactly why I gave the service a try, win! Then they sent essentially the same items as the previous month in the next box. In fact one item was exactly the same but a different color. It just felt repetitive. So I'm trying slowing down the frequency and pushed out the next delivery until the season starts to change to see if that helps. Decent clothing for the price, good value, just needs a better variety in close shipments.
