I have been with Radio Rentals for a very long time and build up my status to a Rippa Rewards Card over a period of thirty years or so and I had my ups and downs but I stuck with it. And I have seen some changes. A for the good of the customer. That is why I am still with you, if there is a problem you guy's are there to help and you kept me straight, but most of all HAPPY. Some might say you are expensive, but I say that little bit is worth the service you guy's provide.. Keep up the good work guy's.. Jacobus. a. c. Janssen...….

The website is difficult to use on a mobile phone. It works well on the tablet and laptop. In store service is good.

I had to go to the prospect store as…

I had to go to the prospect store as you shut down the plaza one... my visit was well worth it as joyce looked after me very well...and I'm extremely happy with my service I got from my delivery people...especially the young lad I didnt get his name but he went above and beyond to help me tune in my TV....he also offered to help me if I got stuck with some things after he told me to ring him and he would talk me through so I could get it going....dint see many young ones with manners anymore....

Excellent online service

Excellent online service - bit of a hiccup with the first delivery attempt but probably due to the tenant rather thans RR :) Ordered from Tassie to be delivered to a rental in SA ...lots of things to go wrong but pretty seamless service from the Murray Bridge store & their online Dept!

I was promised a cashback on my…

I was promised a cashback on my purchase of the comp , turns out the salesman made a mistake , to get the cashback I now have to resign another contract over 24 months instead of the original 12 month plan I wanted. In other words that cashback program like everything else at Radio rentals is just another con job.After being a great and loyal customer I deserve better. It’s not the bloody $211.00 that concerns me is the salesman made a mistake and I have to end up paying for it. Never ever again will I purchase another item through Radio Rentals, you are a my great of an organisation and here’s me loyal for 50 years and what do I get nothing but crap. I told that Robert of this morning for not even advising me of the new events that had taken place, I had to ring him .
