Myself and my husband purchased our wedding rings from Gladstone’s Jewellers ten years ago 😱 The service we received then was wonderful. We were advised on the various styles etc, my husband doesn’t wear jewellery but both of our rings are rounded inside giving a feeling of comfort whilst on the finger. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and I often get compliments on my diamond wedding band. Over the years we’ve taken our rings in to be cleaned and polished and overall have worn really well and still look great. This service was offered to us free of charge and it’s never been any trouble whenever we’ve used the service. Approaching our 10th wedding anniversary I wanted to purchase my husband a watch, he’s been looking for a few months now but I somehow managed to talk him into thinking he didn’t need one 🙊 I like to try and support a local business and following the lockdown and the recent reopening of the store Gladstone’s was the obvious choice for me. I selected my preferred brand and chose between two watches taking time to make sure the one a walked away with was perfect. Again I was helped and advised and felt very pleased with myself and my purchase, I also had the watch engraved which once complete looked great. I gave the watch to my husband on our anniversary and he was absolutely over the moon 😍 (I was told my gift would be ready for me in a few days) We went into Gladstone’s to get a couple of links taken from the watch and I was hit with the shock of my life 🤣 I never got an engagement ring as the proposal was a spur of the moment thing and I never felt like a ring was needed to show our commitment to each other. My husband however had other ideas...he had been into the store a few hours earlier and purchased a gift for me. As the links were being removed I was asked what my husbands gift to me had been? I replied “oh I get mine in a few days time”...suddenly a ring box was produced containing the most beautiful engagement ring 😊 I couldn’t have chosen better if I’d have purchased it myself. The staff were all in on the surprise which made it even more special. I was absolutely blown away and was shaking inside from head to toe. I was made to feel really special, it’s testament to the staff that after all these years of providing jewellery for people they can still make you feel like your the only girl in the world... Myself and my Fiance purchased our wedding rings from Gladstones in 2018. Having seen Gladstones exhibiting at a local wedding fair. We visited the shop with the intention of just looking at our options but found ourselves choosing our respective wedding rings. The lady who helped us was both professional and friendly. Having grown up in the area, I had a conversion about a personal connection to Gladstones, as a young child I had my ears pierced at the shop. To my surprise the lady who was assisting us said "that was probably me". Needless to say, it was meant to be that we found the most perfect rings, in the most perfect store. We paid our deposit and then over a time we were able to either call in store or phone up and pay off our balance prior to collection (20/08/20). We are beyond delighted with our bespoke wedding rings and would certainly recommend Gladstones to anyone. We are to marry October 2020 and absolutely cannot wait to wear them forever, thanks to all the wonderful staff at Gladstones.

Absolutely love my custom engraved wedding ring from Gladstones! The staff were very helpful from day 1; I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and they helped me find the perfect ring. I sent across an image of some music notes that I wanted engraved and they took the time to discuss options so that it would be perfect. Glad I chose Gladstones, they have been fantastic and have been able to create me a truly unique wedding ring.

Extremely satisfied with the 2 items I bought online - a watch + earrings. The watch had the paperwork filled out for the guarantee and both were nicely presented. Just dropped one star as I didn't get an email to confirm the order or an email to say the products were on their way. However, this was during the pandemic. Overall was very pleased - one happy customer! Thank you.
