Brilliant friendly service when purchasing our wedding rings. Every time we go in the staff are very welcoming and really helpful. A fantastic family run friendly service.

We recently purchased our wedding rings from Gladstones. Having seen Gladstones exhibiting at various wedding fayres over the last 12 months and also having both grown up in the local area of the retail shop we were aware of their service and strong history. We visited the premises one Saturday afternoon and duly chose our respective wedding rings. The service was excellent and we found the assistant to be courteous and attentive to our requirements. We paid our deposit and then over the next few months we are able to call in and pay monies off our balance prior to collection approximately 10 weeks from order. We are delighted with our rings and would certainly recommend Gladstones to anyone.

Excellent service very patient not pushy even with a nightmare customer like myself. Service was that good I only went in for a repair on my wedding band and ended up leaving with a new fab ring. I would recommend this jewelers to anyone. I visited on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed.
