Couldn't fit lights due to missing parts

I purchased 4 items from Downlights Direct otherwise known as Expert Electrical Supplies. One Click dimmer switch which works but this was supplied without the fixing screws. Also ordered three Click Inceptor micro LED downlights. Two of the three boxed lights did not have the bezels included and so I could not fit them. Had to wait a total of 10 days for bezels to be supplied direct from the manufacturer. Was dealt with promptly by Downlights Direct but not good enough in my view. I note that Downlights Direct sell these bezels separately on their website.

Great experience with the team and they replaced a few LEDs that died in the first few weeks straight away. One of the best companies I've used in my house refurb :)

From the beginning of me placing my order I had exceptional customer support and service, on my initial order I forgot to buy the bulbs to go with my light fittings. I contacted downlights direct and they immediately added these to my original order. This saved me reordering which would have made me incurring an additional charge for delivery and also a delay in me receiving my items. From ordering to receiving my order(including my order error) 3days ,thank you downlights direct G Thomas

Website bugs leading to wrong delivery type.

Ordered lights, selected AM next day, got put on a standard next day delivery. Phoned the next day to (once getting the confirmation of delivery) only to be told they can do nothing about it which is fair enough however they didn't even try to correct the problem at first without some persuasion. They eventually refunded the difference in delivery however after complaining about the lack of service, they refunded the whole delivery cost effectively making it a free delivery.
