I bought a Tern GSD S00 and Surge Bikes offered a Bronze bike service after 150 miles for free. The customer service provided for both purchase and the Bronze Service was top notch. They have a very helpful and knowledgeable team and the communication throughout was clear. This is my first foray into ebikes ( I use it for the school run) and it was very helpful to get specific help and advice on this. I was able to test the bikes I wished to try (albeit without the children, for safety reasons) to get a hands on feel for them before making the purchase.

Whilst buying an e-road bike using C2W, Surge were really helpful with any questions I had, very responsive to my many questions and were happy to give advice where I needed it - I now have my new bike and enjoying every minute.

I found the Riese and Müller electric bikes I was interested in on the Surge Bikes website. I phoned to see if they were in stock. I made an appointment to try them. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and attentive making the whole experience very satisfying. The bikes were delivered to my home within 48 hours. Superb !
