I had never had contact with this shop previously (or Matt who dealt with me). I was having trouble with an ebike chain which was playing up, and needed a further opinion as I was getting the message from my LBS that this was an expected problem. To be honest, I thought I would simply be fobbed off as the bike was not purchased from Surge. To my surprise, Matt asked me to leave the issue with him... and within the space of hours I had contact from the area rep for my bike brand... and furthermore a potential solution to the problem!! If this is how Matt treats a stranger who has not even done any business with him... I can only imagine the quality care his actual customers receive. Thanks again Matt. Top bloke!!
