This is a shop I would like to visit again and again. Excellent shopping experience. No hassles no delays. good prices.

Not used the nozzles yet, but it is clear from visual examination they are machined considerably better than the clones that shipped with my printer! Shipping costs are somewhat expensive, £5 for 2 nozzles is a tad excessive really when a £1.80 large letter would cover probably 30 of them. £5 shipping on a Hermera would be no complaints from me, but for wee consumables like this.. not good.

Placed an order late of Thursday evening and was dispatched next day, everything was well packaged and quality as always. Away from the E3D Website the crew are extremely helpful on social media as well as their official support channels. Keep up the great work guys.

I really wish E3D would provide better distribution services for European customers, such as myself in Ireland. For £16 of parts, it was a further £10 shipping (cheapest available), plus another £8 custom and VAT fees as E3D unlike Amazon dont take into account the additional charges. So in order to get the parts I needed, it cost me more than the price of the parts to get to me. You can blame Brexit, but E3D could make this more visible to customers and easier.

I had a problem with my 2 year old extruder from E3D due to a fault from my side. The support was super quicks and friendly. They send me within 2 days a free replacement part.
