Fantastic genuine service great shop

Wanted a particular pair of Blundstone boots and they had them in stock at the cheapest price I could find. The only downside was the postage which was held up (possibly…) by Royal Mail industrial action so they took 10 days to arrive. Boots are fantastic by the way!

My mum ordered boots from here weeks ago. Didn’t turn up and had no communication from them. No answer when I called, had to write twice on Facebook before I got a response. Apparently shoes had been returned to them - however no one has attempted delivery and we had zero contact from Top Brand Shoes to let us know there was an issue. Finally have the boots weeks later after loads of hassle and chasing. Certainly would NOT use them again. They ridiculous gesture of goodwill was a small discount should I buy another pair! Horrendous service - AVOID . They even asked me to leave a review based not on the service I received - just on the boots and price of boots - I told them my review would be on the service I received not what they tell me to write a review about!

I would of gave more but my order was delayed due to royal mail strike and I paid extra for next day delivery so I didn't get the shoes in time for the party.

Not heard of this company before, unsure whether to order, I paid through PayPal and you are covered. I ordered a pair of sketchers the cheapest I've seen on the web. The only thing that let them down was royal mail with the postal strikes. I would order from them again

Still waiting for my boots, even though I’ve had 2 requests for a review! Difficult when there’s nothing to review.

I hadn't heard of this company before so was a little wary at first, but the Hush Puppies I wanted were a lot cheaper. I placed an order and made a mistake with the delivery address so emailed the team. I was really worried, but got a very prompt response and they cancelled the order for me. I placed the order again and was very happy with everything from customer service and delivery to wrapping and quality. Excellent - thank you, I'll be buying again!

Professional approach and fast response

Randomly found this site and purchased some Victorian style ankle boots which I’ve been searching for for a while. Two days delivery without hiccups considering how Royal Mail are at the moment. Worried I wouldn’t receive them in time for my sons graduation but, phew! Two days to spare. I will certainly purchase again from this site.
