I have attended a number of events through ICE this year and they are always exceptionally well organised. Everything runs like clockwork, there is no stress on the day, client relations are super friendly & helpful and I always have great confidence the event is going to be very enjoyable for me personally and a pleasure to attend for my clients. The recent Royal Ascot event was amazing - the location, hospitality and food & drink were second to none and I would highly recommend anyone interested in attending to get in touch with Imperial to book it up asap.

It was a very relaxed day, all my team and clients enjoyed the day. It would have been great if there were a few more TV's and seating. The bar should also stock all beverages, as not all of my guests were drinking beer and wine.

The. Venue was very over crowded hard to move between tables Food very average not what I would call a premium hospitality experience

Upon arrival we were shown to our table and all the waiting staff and "front of house" were smiling, helpful and attentive. The delivery of tickets prior to the event along with car parking info were spot on. The only negative was that the Pavillion does not have a view of the actual race track/circuit. But it was only a 5 minute walk

The lunch was very nice, particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea, bar staff was helpful and beer/wine flowed. I didn't get the advertised tapas small plates vibe, it was a normal buffet for a limited period of time. The waiting staff were very willing and helpful. Loos were good. The race viewing lawn was spacious could have had seating maybe? You could get right to the rail to see the royal procession and the horses passing by though couldn't see the finish line. There was a screen inside but people didn't move off the sofas there :) You couldn't get to any other area like the collection ring. The grass area in front of the Villiers was nice - plenty of room for more seating hint, hint! We sat on the grass all day balancing everything which was not a very special experience. The event was advertised as unreserved seating however nowhere near enough seating is a different matter. The day before comms featured seating - perhaps someone realised it was going to be a problem. We missed the Pimms welcome drink so a voucher perhaps would have been nice, champagne would have been better! Missed any chance of getting seating though we arrived at noon. No response from Imperial to this problem as one of my guests needed seating quite urgently. Some picnic mats came out late afternoon. If it had rained we would probably have had to go home as inside there were even fewer seats. The phone charging station didn't work and no staff would help out and charge my phone with my rail tickets on it. I suspect this event cost us more than if we had booked directly with Ascot but I don't think we got any additional benefit. I wouldnt book again but people looked to be enjoying themselves.

I can't thank Imperial enough for an amazing day at Royal Ascot! We were offered incredible service with a great table in the Pavilion restaurant followed with lovely food, drink and company. We also had the pleasure to meet the girls Molly, Tyra & Dani who put in all the hard work to make these events happen and I can't thank them enough for being so lovely. I have recommended to all my friends & family and wouldn't use any other company. Thanks again!

Imperial had worked hard for weeks before the FA Cup final to find us a couple of tickets. The trip to Wembley Stadium started early in the morning, but was rewarded with some great seats to see all the action. The match itself started well for city fans as they scored the fastest ever FA Cup final goal in 13 seconds from the kickoff by half-time United we’re back level and a will earned break was taken at halftime by both teams. We enjoyed some really good food which was plentiful and drinks of our choice which was all included by Imperial. The whole day was excellent and I would certainly recommend Imperial to sort me out another event in the future. Andy M
