We were very disappointed, it felt cheap and thrown together. There were flights, there were coach transfers from the airport to hotel and back, there were 11 euro 2nd class train tickets to Monaco and back, and Grandstand tickets for the race....so whilst there were no lies, everything felt cheap, the reps that were there to help were from Gullivers Sports , not from Imperial, and they didn't know aswers to any of the questions and admitted that they had just arrived and never been before. Certainly was not corporate hospitality, was just tickets a hotel and some low cost transport. I was embarrassed, as it all felt cheap. I sent an email, but have yet to receive a response.

We purchased the tickets from Imperial who were very professional and made the experience easy and enjoyable. The Polo was overall a great day out, the food was fantastic and the view & access of the pitch was an added bonus. I will definitely be using Imperial’s services again in the near future!

Not enough staff, and there complete lack of knowledge regarding the trip.

What i dislike is your staff calling on different mobile numbers , they keep doing it, saying its a colleagues mobile , i run a very busy company and when i see a number i don't reconize and in a meeting i will generally answer it , but to find out its a agent selling something it makes me angry and makes me think not to deal with Imperial in the future

Pre-event information and registration was efficient, timely and clear. The private box, refreshments and food were served by an extremely friendly and very capable team - nothing was too much trouble for them. Beyonce was amazing and put on a fantastic show, delighting all her fans and those just there for 'the occasion'.

Top service. Great experiences. I used Imperial for two trips to Wimbledon. They were very helpful and took time to explain all the Covid protocols (relevant at the time) and followed up to ensure I had a great day. Would recommend to both individuals looking for an incredible experience or business looking at corporate packages. 5 stars!

I’ve just been to the Monaco Grand Prix with Imperial last weekend and it was smooth sailing from the moment of booking onwards! Daniella in sales is a pleasure to deal with, the events girls are extremely professional aswell. I have Royal Ascot in the next few weeks which I am now extremely looking forward to! Will most definitely be booking more going forward.
