Immoral practice. My partner is a vulnerable person and was miss sold a package totalling £2635 (just four tickets with a meal for Peter Key in 2024!!!) Please do not use this company, they have a 100% cancellation fee which is NOT made clear OR mentioned during any interaction. This is now being in-forced even after explaining that situation with threats of debt collection. He paid a 10% deposit at the time. I’m absolutely disgusted that my partner has been taken advantage of in such a way and is now being hounded for money. It was clearly overpriced and the request to pay such a huge proportion over 12months in advance is criminal. PLEASE AVOID.

Was called by this company this morning and recorded the call - sent voice recording to police investigation team - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! How people like this get themselves out of bed in the morning to TRY and scam people in beyond me its terrible but i believe in karma - also lady who spoke to me chatted at about 500mph and was rush, rush, rush to get you to book. YOU ARE A DISGRACE! I just dont understand how you can do this and its very upsetting that you can actually go into work like this. what makes me laugh is i only wish you could afford yourselves to stay in the Atlantis instead of trying to sell something you believe in. (talking nonsense).

Asked to spread over 2 years and I was threatened legal!! Disgusting company! please don’t trust them and don’t sign their biased contract. They will never put you first.

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever come across. Firstly they selected the wrong date and give us tickets for a different date. I then called and ask to give us tickets for the correct date. They said they would call back and get it sorted and admitted they put in the wrong code for the tickets for a different date. They said that it was with their manger to either give us the correct date for the tickets or issue a refund. I kept ringing right up to the last evening of the gig and ended up having to buy new tickets so we could all go to the event. They just simply ignored me. Really stressful and frustrating. Dealing with a person called Chelsea Law. Stay well away this company is just awful.

Ladies Day Royal Ascot
Recently went to Ladies Day at Royal Ascot and had a lovely time. This was a “rollover” from 2020, so a long time coming. Slight hiccup in ticketing but all resolved in time and a lovely day was had by our party of 6.

Awful. Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Totally over priced as used a few times. Worst of all took our full payment for last event without telling us they had cancelled us. Now refusing to replace or refund. Very charming when selling but not so afterwards. Total con merchants. There are some good corporate companies out there but not these.

Please use at your own risk. Sales company only - very good with taking money, but service and customer care is non existent. We have used company a few times and they cancelled an event due to covid - they gave us another date a year later we can not make due to work commitments and now trying to take to court. Account manager who deals with it has now left... shock.
