Extremely unprofessional company!! They do not care about the welfare of their staff or the customers all they care about is making money and if that means robbing and scamming people they will. I wouldn’t recommend using this company at all, shame you can’t give 0 stars!!

Absolutely avoid this company, working or dealing with them!! Honestly never known anything like it! The most unprofessional, aggressive money grabbing people I’ve ever dealt with! They rip there customers off, making up prices as they go along, they rip there staff off so much it’s unreal. Words fail me with this company! Absolutely vile and avoid at all costs

British Grand Prix was an amazing experience. Imperial really did a great job to make sure everyone had a good time. The trackside seats were awesome!

We booked a few tables at King George for our company, being promised Champagne and a great party atmosphere. We got that and so much more. Already rebooked for next year.

Imperial came through again with a lovely weekend at Wimbledon. The experience of the event was completely different with seats so close to the action!

Our employees have nagged us to go to the British Grand Prix for ages, but it always seemed like a nightmare to organise. ICE took care of everything for us and made it so enjoyable.

Unfortunately on Trustpilot you can not rate a company zero stars. Please AVOID this company at all costs. Working for them, buying from them - anything to do with them AVOID. They lie, cheat and scam people out of money. They will happily treat their employees like dogs, promising them this, that and the other and NEVER following through. Their Instagram shows otherwise (weekly dancing/office parties etc - it’s all rubbish and very ‘performed’ for their social media posts), so please don’t believe what is portrayed on there. As a company they have continued to let their staff work (9-1pm) but only paying them a very basic furlough wage. They are inhumane and disgusting. Their working conditions through COVID were despicable and they should have been closed down from that alone. Please, even if you’re at your wits end and are worried about signing on - sign on, they deserve to be closed.
