I have used imperial events for a few years now and found their customer care to be of a consistently high standard with access to some events that I couldn’t have got elsewhere. On the events where they attend the team have always been friendly, helpful and professional and I’d certainly recommend them to others. Unlike other companies their sales team are not pushy and take the time to learn what events you like and what you don’t!

Imperial recommended we try one of Blumenthal’s cottages for a private dining experience this year. Everyone really enjoyed the Michelin starred food and endless drinks.

We tried the Henley Regatta this year after getting plenty of recommendations. We found Imperial and figured we would give them a try. I can safely say they will be our go-to for our next event :)

Blumenthal really delivered a great experience for my friend’s birthday. The cottage was so luxurious and wow they know how to take care of someone for a special occasion! The 2 chefs are great guys, definitely not the last time we are going there.

Such a cool experience to be at the Ascot this year. We got taken great care of and everyone agreed we should do it again ASAP!

I've used this company for several events over the last 4 years - yes they are sales driven - unabashedly so, which I’m ok with ( I’m not a big theatre or concert goer - but they’ve lured me and my wife into both - and they’ve been good things i wouldn’t have sought out without them trying to sell it to me- buble at xmas etc.) I think their world fell apart during covid but they had to keep going - I couldn’t get a refund on an event i couldn't attend due to one in my party having a positive covid test during the height of the covid rules. I was furious they couldn't simply refund me. But then i stumbled across Dan Burnham, he's helped soften the impact of my missed event. when you attend the events - it's identical to keith prowse in my experience but not as expensive. Dans a salesman, he will sell to you - but he also follows up, does what he's promised to do and I’ve bought rwc tickets and package through him and Wimbledon since . Yes they got something wrong with me once , but they’re turning it around. yes they sell hard. say no if you dont want to listen.
