polite helpful and speedy ordering , delivered on time, unfortunatly thou who they used for delivery was not the same, arrived on pallett all banded together they dump it in my drive and was grumpy rude and refused to help unwrap and bring indivedual items into house, products where of good quality and arrived in good condition,

Purchased a bi fold shower door, much cheaper inclusive of delivery, than other sites. Was delivered on the day stated, however, it came in a big pallet and I was told by the driver he couldn't put it in my house due to health and safety. I am quite a small woman and had I known this was the case, my husband could have stayed home instead to see in the delivery. I was really cross I had not been told about this fact, when the delivery company had phoned to notify me when the delivery would be. He also told md he could not dispose of the pallet or packaging! However, he took pity on me and put the delivery in mg hallway for me. Apart from this slight hiccup, the doors were excellent quality and well worth the slight inconvenience of a trip to the skip to get rid of the packaging and pallet.

A friend recommended this company mainly for the prices. I was so impressed that on Monday 17th September bought a quadrant shower cubicle (which contained shower tray and waste thingy) for delivery in 3-5 days. Then I read the feed-backs. Oh my lord! Then the terms and conditions....oh dear!. As I'm one of those people whose main aim in life is to prove that what can go wrong will go wrong I started to stress. Ok. The delivery wasn't made by Saturday so I emailed my concerns on Sunday that if they couldn't deliver it by Wednesday (plumbers were booked in Thursday) could they let me know asap, cancel my order and refund my money. Received a reply Monday - would be delivered Wednesday as per my request. Rang 4bathrooms on Wednesday to make sure it was on its way. The lady was friendly and courteous and assured me she had sent it overnight on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday and a number to ring to make sure it was on the delivery van. It was. It came in a HUGE package but when asked to the delivery man took it out off all the packaging (on the van) and although didn't step foot in my house made sure it was positioned in such a way I could lean it against a wall inside my house. So....would I use this company again or recommend to friends - oh yes! The price and quality of the quadrant makes up for the small glitch in delivery, but if you plan ahead and allow a week or so...you'll be laughing....trust me!

I'm not happy with the delivery man.he was really rude.he bring my parcel with big wood trolley I asked him can u just put it little bit closer because I can't hold it I was my own he could said it nicely to me no he said it really rude way he left every thing and went

A 1050 mm concealed cistern and pan with wash hand basin housed in separate cabinets, great service from 4bathrooms from order to delivery,my only gripes would be the mismatch in the colour of the toilet pan and sink along with the housing units not the same shades of white other than that good quality for the price.

We were looking for a tall floorstanding bathroom cabinet.. After looking at pack flat units on the internet, all with problems of one sort or another, we found 4 Bathrooms. They had a unit which met our requirenments exactly. It was in stock and the price was better than had been asked elsewhere for some pack flat units. Delivery was prompt and the unit was protected in transit by impressive packing. It is very well made and superbly finished. Getting it upstairs was quite tricky as it is heavy - about 40 kg. We are extremely pleased with it.

This was a great way to source a bathroom and it came exactly when the carrier said it would.Brilliant!

Am very pleased with the bathroom suite i ordered. Very good quality for the price. Everything arrived that was supposed to and no damage to any items. However I was not there to take the delivery and my 73 year old dad took it, the delivery driver told him that it was a kerb side delivery only and they would not carry it into the house. Eventually the delivery man agreeded to help my dad carry it into the house. The terms and conditions on the 4bathrooms web site does not make it clear the its a kerb side deilvery. I would order from ths company again just make sure the delivery is on a day when im there.
