Trent helped me with self read process, and also suggest for me to bill pause (which is awesome), as I have lots of credit in my account. I wish others also suggested me this, when I called in previously around 4 months ago. He also explained why I can't adjust estimated reading, however he suggested the next time the estimated reading is super high again, then he can escalate it. Trent is super helpful!!!!!

Reeve was very fast in helping me in my request to skip direct debit due to the credit balance in my account. I was thinking of skipping one but he rightly suggested 3 skips due to the high credit balance. I am happy with his initiative.

Great Team, Great Service
I recently moved and was keen to stay with Ovo as their prices provided were affordable and their service and support had always been punctual and consistent. There were complications with supplying power to my new address due to land sub-divisions, but the moment issues arose the team at Ovo immediately reached out to me to talk me through the current plans and ongoing setup needed to make sure I was able to continue to work with them as my power provider. They went above and beyond, emailing and then calling me personally within hours of issues presenting themselves, providing jovial and friendly support to make the transition to my new home easy and efficient. In particular I want to thank Rachel for getting on to the problems early, and to Jason for being so kind and friendly to me over the phone, as well as informative and educational. Ovo got my power on within a day, helped me get the best possible deal for my energy bill, and left me smiling after a conversation with them about my power bill. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
