Trent was a top bloke. Went above and beyond; enlisting 4 others to fight the good fight with him (many thanks to them also). Even though nothing came of it in the end, I still appreciate the insane lengths to which Trent went in to bat for me. I hope that Trent at least gets a six-pack out of this, however if it was up to me it'd be a whole carton, pay raise, promotion and a company car. I wholeheartedly believe that, if every customer service call had someone like Trent on the other end of the line, Australia --if not the world-- would be a better place. Thanks again Trent & Co!

He was a pleasure to deal with. Too many people complain about bad service these days without recognising when they get great service - today's chat and call quickly resolved the problem, much appreciated.
