Easy transition

Did a quick search on other energy plans as the default offer after my contract finishes wasn't too appealing and found a better plan within OVO's offer and the transition was very smooth with Reeve.

Great service and support through live chat

Good prompt support through live chat services each time I've contacted OVO. I've spoken to a few representatives now and have received great service each time. Queue has never been too long and they are always very helpful. I do not like phone support in general so I really appreciate your live chat services.
