OVO has a live chat window where you can get answers for any issues or questions right on the spot. I'm in my 50's so though at first I would have much preferred to give them a call, I prefer this live chat option to anything else. the operatives are always helpful and polite as well as informative.

The consultant was very helpful and courteous she/he gave me all the advice I required. However OVO is no longer a cheap electricity provider my advice is to look elsewhere, without too much effort i can see several much cheaper options. Obviously OVO management are treating the people who first supported them in australia with contempt.

Pleasantly surprised! Usually electricity company customer service is dodgy as. This was a breeze! Opened a chat, IDd myself, asked to change direct debit to fortnightly instead of monthly. They said “Sure! Done. Anything else?” Whoa! Even sent confirmation email. If only all customer service was as easy & efficient as this!!
