Sorry the product didn't work out for me but the company fully refunded the cost.

It still leaks after one hour putting Pacey cuff on. I was hopping for a longer duration.

LACK OF UNDERSTANDING…. I purchased the device and tried to adapt it to my personal needs. My attempt to use it was a failure which was likely due to my own lack of understanding what I was purchasing. The device did not fit well and was uncomfortable. The bottom line is at 82 years of age I don’t have the personal “equipment size” necessary to utilize the cuff and band properly.

Not worth the money because it doesn’t work. It doesn’t stay in place, very uncomfortable.

Doesn't work for urinary urgency. It might stop periodic dribbling but didn't help me prolong time between urgent need to urinate every 30-60 minutes and didn't stop flow when the need came even with the straps quite tight. I will need to use and external catheter.

I always get great service from Dylon.
