The Paceycuff does what is intended. For those who experience minor leakage, this device would be an excellent choice, but for moderate to high leakage it may not works as well. Couple this with a Tena product, and I think one would have most bases covered.

The Percy Cuff is the only device I have found that slows down the flow of urine. I just ordered my second device. This way I can alternate from one day to the next. I also order 2 pairs of underwear and a reusable pad. I find I can work outside longer without leakage. This has been a game changer for me. Thanks to the engineers and management team at Percy Cuff for designing a product I can have confidence in. Great company. Ships on time. They have it together. It takes a while to get use to wear the extra wearables but it beats wet underwear. I also found that the reusable pad with a depends gives me added protection against accidents. The product performs just as they say it does if you take the time to adjust it properly. Randy Putnam

Works well. Sizing is critical for function/comfort. Certainly takes some getting used to, but overall its pain free and relatively comfortable.

there is nothing wrong with the products. i wrote 2 emails regarding a promo purchase and did not get any answers. also really dislike the quick discount promo's that popped up when i went to pay for original order. this promo also did not show it was in US $$$ until final checkout....very misleading on a Canadian site

Within a couple of weeks the glue holding the strap which creates pressure failed on both cuff and power sleeve. In order to continue using this it became necessary to stitch both items. Apart from that and a degree of discomfort due to the continued pressure, I was still leaking. The numbers on the base 1-4 are confusing because firstly I am not sure which one to use and secondly they keep moving .
