The sleeve irritates my penis and it pinches me, not at all what I hoped for..

The cuff is difficult to adjust to prevent leaking and pinching. If it is a fraction too loose there is no way to quickly tighten it without removing your clothes. I like the compact design and lightweight.

It took a little while to get used to it, but once I was, it really gave me confidence. Initially I had a few dribbles, but I finally got the right pressure. Only one thing for you to work on. One time I took it off, and there was a gold #4 on my penis. Another time a gold dash. Need to mark the strap differently. Hahah

Do not buy the new cuff. Get a razor blade and trim 0.25 cm off each side of the bottom black rubber of the old cuff, then get a small piece of polyurethane and slip it into the gap between the bottom pad and the strap that holds it down. You now have the same urethra blokker piece as the new cuff. And you would have saved the 75 bucks for the new one. What a rip off.

I’ve had the cuff about two weeks, and I can’t count on it to keep the urethra closed. Claims are made the more you use it the longer you can use it. If the cuff opens on its own, there is no trust; it’s not working.

The new version is an improvement. Please keep working on improvements.

The new improved version is just that. No longer pinches and can be worn for longer periods of time without discomfort while still doing the job it was supposed to do.

Parts of the cuff press into the scrotum, can become very uncomfortable.
