Amazing help from Sean over the phone, with replacing ink cartridges step by step, I had no idea how to send a package and he talked me through how to do it easily, when I requested a manual he send me a link straight away for me to use. I am so relieved as I started a new job and there was no one around who knew how to work the franking machine!

Rebecca and Shaun were both lovely and very helpful with their setting up and training on the new machine. When the machine upgraded itself Shaun was able to talk me through the upgrade and put my mind at rest.
