Amazing help from Sean over the phone, with replacing ink cartridges step by step, I had no idea how to send a package and he talked me through how to do it easily, when I requested a manual he send me a link straight away for me to use. I am so relieved as I started a new job and there was no one around who knew how to work the franking machine!
