costumer services absolutely rubbish. have few times problem with log in, have try to sort out on live chat , no respond. it happen already few times. and the same, app working pretty good.

Effective and easy to use

I like the way my website appears and how it interfaces with clients. There are a couple of tricky things to me since I am non-techy, and I was able to set up an appointment and continue to learn how it all works, but the fact that I've set things up independently only using the help provided by SimplyBook is pretty miraculous and speaks volumes for its ease of use!

Emily was fantastic

Emily was fantastic, she put me at ease, asking if I felt comfortable during the micro-needling as this was my first session. The venue was clean and relaxing. I also felt the price was very reasonable I have booked my next session already.

DELETED account with no warning - unreliable and unprofessional

DELETED account with no warning - avoid! I signed up for a free account initially for a new business that I've been setting up. Seemed good though took a while to set up and integrate to my website. Received a couple of emails from them initially, but then not received anything. Now discover link on website brings a 404 error and when I try to log in my account no longer exists!! Used live chat to be told that apparently you have to renew monthly however I was not sent any emails about this (and have checked junk folders etc). They can't help in any way other than to tell you to start from scratch but you have to use a new url as it can't be reused. Seems I am not the only one to have this problem as other reviews say the same. Wish I had read these before I wasted my time. Will now be looking for an alternative solution but hope this review will save others from wasting their time too

Great for a weekend event!

I am enjoying using this platform - and finding it meets my needs for setting up a 3 day party weekend and creating intake forms to find out what activity each guest would like to partake of. The Simply Book Me help desk is also very helpful and quick to reply to messages when using their online helpline.

avis mitigé, assitance peu réactive

Agenda très pratique, mais j'ai plusieurs questions et je rencontre beaucoup de difficulté à pour voir échanger avec un agent francophone. Mon avis n'est pas très favorable du coup. Un outil intéressant mais si personne n'est disponible pour répondre aux difficultés rencontrées cela pose un énorme problème.
