We've recently switched over from another booking portal, and we have no regrets about using SimplyBook - it's so much easier to use, the UI is awesome, the custom features in the admin to fully personalise the user and Company experience is awesome. We've recommended a few other Partners to use the system too, as it really has made the booking process for our clients flawless. Highly recommended!

Zwei mal hatte ich versucht mit dem Unternehmen in Kontakt zu treten und habe mir über deren Bookingseite einen Termin bestellt. Nur jedes mal war ich alleine Auf in dem GoogleMeet drin und der Sales-Mitarbeiter ist nicht erschienen. Nun meine große Frage, warum wollen ihr ein Booking-Tool verkaufen wenn es anscheinend bei euch schon nicht funktioniert? PS: Der Live-Chat ist auch nicht gerade Hilfreich wenn man dann geschrieben zurück bekommt, dass man einen neuen Termin machen soll bzw. der MA informiert wird :( Schade, so macht man kein Business mit dem Mittelstand in D.

Mein Account wurde nach wenigen Monaten gesperrt, weil ich noch keine Buchung von einem Kunden über simplyBook.me erhielt. Ich erhielt nicht mal eine Nachricht darüber und als ich meinen Account auf den neuesten Stand bringen wollte, konnte ich mich nicht mehr einlogggen. Ich musste den Support kontaktieren und dort wurde mir gesagt, ich müsse mich erst mal wieder als Unternehmer ausweisen. Unverschämtheit! Nein danke, diese Arbeit mache ich mir nicht noch mal und werde den Anbieter wechseln!

It is professional looking without too much effort, and easy to use for customers. Their support is second to none, whenever I have a question you can speak to an advisor within seconds, they always have an easy to understand answer! (And don’t make me feel stupid…) Thank you!
