Terrible customer service. I have been a customer with SimplyBook for 7 years and they have just increased our monthly fee from £24 to £90 with no warning. I had 2 days notice to look for an alternative or pay the increase and I was not emailed once about the increase (I only saw a warning on the booking page when logged in). I complained about the huge price increase and was told that if I give a review online, they'll give me a free upgrade. So it's no wonder there are lots of positive reviews lately, they're being bribed! After using SimplyBook for 7 years, we are now looking for an alternative. Awful company who do not care about their customers and have been greedy with 400% price increases.

A very comprehensive website and associated app. I run a small football coaching business and the booking system allows clients to quickly and easily book sessions or purchase block bookings. All payments are taken through the app. It has been a game changer for me.

The platform is super user friendly and easy to set up and use. A lot of features and customisation that I love and the customer service is excellent. SimplyBook me gets my highest reccomendation.

After months of searching for a booking tool that checked all of the boxes, I was introducted to SimplyBook.me by a youtube video that was highlighting the top 10 online booking tools. During my 30 day demo I basically put the software to the test, I must have created at least 40-50 bookings to test out the different features that they offer. In my opinion the SimplyBook.me team thought of everything. I plan to use their software to book various services out that I provide, the main service being fishing charters. I also have a separate website that I use for my landing pages and was able to seamlessly integrate their booking software into my website using SimplyBook.me widgets. The widgets are awesome as they provide you with the ability to customize the look and feel of the widgets to match the look and feel of your website. If you are on the fence, I would strongly suggest that you take advantage of the 30 day demo and leverage their support team for help as you go. Their support team was quick to respond and very helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions.

I was looking for a simply booking website for my nail salon that allows customers to pay upfront, and for a reasonable price. That's when I found simplybook.me. I love the ease of use that simplybook.me provides. Setting everything up took me less than a day and it immediately looks so professional. The paying process works seamlessly and the booking website is easy to navigate both on PC and mobile. This was so much easier + cheaper than using wordpress/woocommerce (coming from someone who used to work in e-commerce). Customer service is also speedy and pleasant. The only downside I could find (which may not be relevant for your business) is that you can't manually book customers ahead of time using this booking set-up. This is because customers pay right after booking. So if you want to make for example 2 future appointments with your customer, you either have to send them an invoice, ask them to wire transfer the amounts, or give them the option to pay in your store/salon. As I'm still building my customer base, I don't really mind this limitation. If you're looking for a quick booking solution when you're just starting out, I couldn't recommend SimplyBook.Me enough!

For someone who has absolutely no idea on how to build a booking site I found SimplyBook.me so easy to go through. It takes an effort of course to build up your bookings but it was worth it. The Customer Support was exceptional. Every time i got stuck they would assist me till I understood what I need to do. Always providing the right info to help. I would also say that the videos that explain the process are so helpful too. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to grow my new business with you.
