We were thrilled to find SimplyBook to use with our latest business venture. It is the ONLY tool that exists that would meet the needs of our unique business model. It has many great custom features and is affordable for a small business start-up. Without this tool, we would have spent easily $50k having someone else design our booking site! We have also been impressed thus far with chat support (the response time has been quick, despite covid). It does have a few limitations. For instance, we needed the ability to turn off same day bookings and instead had to resort to creating a custom banner with this statement included (but people can still book same day). The mobile responsiveness works except for banner art (make sure you customize your banner art to the mobile view not the desktop view and USE THE LOGO FEATURE). The website side is a little clunky, so we will now also be building an attractive front end website designed in WiX, and connecting to Simply Book. Again, still more cost-effective than outsourcing. Customizing the Simply Book website side of to our needs has presented small challenges and we've needed to do some workarounds - we wanted to hide certain sections (like operating hours since we are virtual) but cannot do so. Our business model is unique though so Simply Book will work quite well for most users who do not need such elaborate customizations! It should be noted that Simply book is similar in design to Wordpress, so if you are good with CSS (or know someone who is) you can customize freely. They also offer an option where you can make requests for customizations (we may pursue this). 98% thrilled. Great tool for the price and a Huge savings for a small start-up!

Easy to use, easy to update.

This service integrates seamlessly into our marketing plan. The opportunities are real and from a business perspective it simplifies the distinction between marketing & sales.

I implemented it on Marsupy Gaming Club website and on it's Facebook and IG. So far so good. There is still place for improvement. As we also work at night, it would be nice if a booking for example can be extended from today until tomorrow.

Great customer service with live chat and always very happy to help you out! I have gone for the highest level payment plan as it turns out you need a load of their custom features to get the most from the software. The best appointment and medical note software I found out there by a long way!
