Your customer service team has been great each and every time I called. I would explain my issue and concerns on each of my calls and upon my hanging up I always felt understood and my issue resolved. I would give the team a 5 how ever I need more time to assess them b/c I am a new customer. I will continue with his company if they continue to show respect and concern when I reach out to them. Better Than Nothing, But I Don't Know How Much

I've been an Identity Guard customer for years. They give me access to periodic credit reports and alert me to changes to my credit history and report suspicious account activity, if they detect a change. If there's a problem, it's pretty much up to me to do the legwork to track it down and do something about it. I don't really know how much protection this service provides, but it's better than nothing, I suppose. When I did have an identity theft/fraud case, I had to contact all the big 3 credit reporting agencies and place a hold on my accounts myself. In fact, it was AmEx that alerted me to the need, then my monthly Identity Guard summary reflected that a hold had been put on my credit accounts after I had already initiated those actions myself.

Credit Guard to Identity Guard.

Credit Guard to Identity Guard. Before the name was changed from Credit Observer to Identity Guard I received a paper copy of my credit report every 3 months. Since it became Identity Guard I cannot get a copy of my credit report or even my credit score either on-line or by mail. In fact I am not sure what, if anything, I get from paying my money each month.
