So glad to have Identity Guard! Unknowingly, one of my store credit cards was compromised. Then the criminals opened three new credit cards with a lumber store using my personal information they apparently got from the first card. They started charging for a big construction project. Identity Guard alerted me immediately. I was able to take care of this problem before before it got worse. If I had not had Identity Guard monitoring my credit activity, I wouldn’t have know about these additional credit cards for a long time, until the cards were maxed out. The person on the phone was very helpful, friendly, patient and I could understand him. Being I had a experience of identity theft I found that the impression I had I could trust him.

We have just started with Identity Guard. The use of the sight is user friendly and the agents are helpful if you have any questions. As soon as we started using their service, providing the information that they requested, they started searching the Dark Web and suggested what to do if they found anything that would be a threat to identity. We like the coverage and service for identity thief and if our wallet is lost or stolen. After researching and making comparisons to other companies, we decided to go with Identity Guard. They seemed to have a more comprehensive service even though they are not cheap. The full annual payment does give you a break in cost.

Signed up for credit score...only problem is it’s not updated regularly, or provide the other two credit bureaus..

Because of Identity Guard, I would have never known that my identity had been stolen. I had gotten caught up in the Equifax breach in 2019. As a result, several attempts were made to use my personal data to obtain loans, etc. Thank goodness no money was ever lost. The personnel at Identity Guard were very helpful and sent me a packet with instructions/ steps of what and how to proceed with the next steps in resolving the issues created by this breach. I only wish that Equifax, TransUnion and Experian had been as easy to work with in resolving the attempted use/s of my personal information.

It is comforting to know that my finances are under the watchful eye of Identity Guard. My Credit cards are safe and secure. I was notified when there was any problem with a credit card that I had not listed or if there was a credit card cancelled.
