I am not happy that despite my best efforts I cannot get the public record corrected with regard to my birth date and age. And your staff have really not helped much in guidance on how to do it.

Night and day

Back in the 1980's when credit guard and then identity guard type services began I started with AMEX Credit Secure. It was what riding a dinosaur vs a rocket must feel like. Yes it let me create a list of credit accounts but alerts were few and far between and updating and editing was a pain. With Identity Guard getting my accounts, important private data and most important online information set up required 2 phone calls. The first was actually pre-purchase (a way to test service and set up a baseline) and the second was to navigate two aspects of securing accounts. Both contacts were great experiences. Pleasant, knowledgable, and communicative representatives who gave spot on information. Like night and day with AMEX. I could not be more pleased with my first two contacts with Identity Guard. I stayed with AMEX a total of 31 years and look forward to a like relationship with Identity Guard.

Focus on easy upgrade

I had to cancel my individual account in order to get the family account, I would have loved if there was any easy way to upgrade, with this change I lost all history when I had my individual account. Family account was easy to register and invite people to join the family account. The reports are easy to understand.
