I was victim of identity theft, someone filed unemployment for me, completely untrue and they didn’t even detect it. I will terminate within 30 days. I recommend looking for services that pay attention to resolving, it’s not this one on either end. I should add this wasn’t an unusual event, 10’s thousands same boat, their excuse ( phone conversation) it was likely paper transactions so we can’t track. Waste of money

The mobile app is useless. I get a blank screen many times and if not a blank screen it freezes up. I tried to cancel my subscription and im not even sure that went through because the app is so bad.

Perfect is a difficult score to reach, especially when the one doing the rating is a 'new' customer of your product. I would like to rate you again in, say, 6 months or a year. Your telephone representative that helped me come on board was very professional, informed and polite. Kudos to her.

Signed up with Identity Guard about a month ago after my husband and I both have been victims of identity theft. The most recent was someone trying to obtain Florida unemployment under my husbands name and a credit card through Bank of America. They even used the full spelling of his middle name which he only uses under his social security card. Scary to say the least. Identity Guard has finally given us peace of mind, and we are very happy with pricing and the service we have received. Easy to set up and manage. Highly recommended. And our plan also include mortgage/deed theft. We can now sleep soundly at night.
