Terrible, terrible communication, one of the worse company that i ever dealt with. Bought a omega aquaterra that came with box damaged, since then trying to return and no communication at all. Ebay post fake reviews and the bad ones they take them away.. Trustpilot is legit. Beware.. save yourself the hassle and headache and buy from somewhere else... Reply: Lies, lies and more lies... my return was not denied. Ebay sent me a return label for FedEx. AT this time I don't think it's worth returning it as I am afraid that you will tell more lies and I will lose both. The watch and my money. You are a scam... you should be ashamed. BTW, ill send you a link of youtube review that I will be doing showing everything, conversations and returning label from eBay. Might take a couple of days. I'll keep you posted.

DO NOT BUY THERE! The rating on their website must be fake, as there is no customer service and no knowledge of how to communicate with customers. The watch was shipped (international) in a small box without any usage of protective packaging material. As a result, the original watch box has a massive damage. As a collector this is a significant problem what their customer service does not honour in any way. Beside that, the watch comes without any proof of authenticity, what is stated in no word on the website. Overall, really bad customer experience and n o will on their side to solve that problem. Latest offer is to send the watch back. This is not an option as I had to pay customs and VAT while importing it. Probably this is the reason for them not to care about their customers!

Ordered what I thought as advertised a white gold chain and bracelet..When it came...No bracelet...paid £245...emailed back and forth..then called...Man in phone was very impolite and said that was the price of the chain...invoice cleary stated chain and necklace...but owner refused to send out bracelet...this is false advertising...Won't be back.. take heed and be careful as it clearly says on website and invoice chain and bracelet

Rado watch is flawed and they won't stand by it.

I purchased a Rado watch that stopped working within 10 months. My first instinct was to get the battery changed. Watchmaxx would not do it unless I paid to have the watch shipped to them, with insurance of course. Therefore I took it to a local watch repair service. Not happy to have to do so soon after purchasing, but I paid for it and moved on. A short while later, the watch stopped working again. I contacted Watchmaxx and they said they'd repair it, but I needed to pay for shipping and insurance. I was really disappointed and not convinced they were going to fix the issue. Repairs take a significant amount of time as well. A few months later and the watch is now running over four hours behind. If it is like last time, it will stop altogether soon. I contacted Watchmaxx, with the willingness to accept a store credit, despite this ordeal that has stretched out over a year now. They just responded that I needed to send the watch back to them again. What I envision is that this will keep happening, the warranty will expire, and I will be out a chunk of money.

Wish me luck!

I have purchased several watches from Watchmaxx over the past 10 years. Overall delivery is satisfying. However, everything falls apart with after-sales service. I recently returned a non-functioning time-piece still under warranty. 6 months later, still do not have my watch returned. Sent multiple e-mails ( 3) with no response. Finally reached someone on 1-800 line... they were unable to give me a status report on the repairs ( Is my watch lost??). Very disappointing. A clear example of poor after-sales service nullifying all the positive sales experience. Still waiting to get my 4000$ watch returned. I am crossing my fingers... it has been 6 months going on 7..... Wish me luck!

Good customer service but shipping problems

Didn't know of this website but it carried the watch model I was looking for (Tissot PRX Powermatic 80) at the best price that I could find online and it shipped to my country (Mauritius). Spoke to customer service before placing the order, they were very helpful. I was asked to confirm my address about two days after placing the order. The only problem I had was that a tracking number was created for my parcel and the courier didn't receive the actual parcel for about a week and I wasn't informed of anything. The courier said I should contact the seller. So, I had to reach out to watchmaxx.com for them to investigate and find out what happened and after a day or so they finally had the courier pick up the parcel and obviously, I received it more than a week later than I was supposed to. They said it was a problem with the warehouse or something. What would have happened if I didn't contact the courier about the tracking being stuck on "Label created" for a week? Who knows. But this website has good prices and good customer service and I would probably order from them again in the future.

Called company to inquire information on a watch I was interested..Watch has diamonds but they couldn't even tell me the total diamonds carats of the watch.... Not sure how they are trustworthy....

I just ordered my 8th watch

I just ordered my 8th watch from WatchMaxx in the last 2 years, and it was my 8th great experience. The price point is generally low enough to where I use them as the benchmark in comparing the cost between the manufacturer for whatever piece I'm looking for, and a few competitors. I believe I've always received my order within 4 days or so and have been surprised a couple of times at how fast I got my order. The quality is great; I literally have no complaints thus far and will certainly look there when I'm looking for my next watch.
