I ordered a watch for my partners milestone birthday. I purchased over a month in advance to allow ample time. UPS tracking information showed that my item was stuck at the boarder and was awaiting taxes and fees to be paid? I was not contacted, seller did not pay, item was sent back to seller WatchMaxx. Seller was completely uncooperative and customer care was rude. No solutions were presented to me. I reported a claim with PayPal and UPS. DO NOT BUY from this seller. Disgusting experience.

Initially there were some glitches with their website verification system that forced me to place the order several times ( which was a little frustrating) but ultimately I got an email from Ben who made sure everything was promptly straightened out. I am completely satisfied with each purchase. I have also found that paying a little extra for next day shipping takes all guest work out of arrival times. There will definitely be a sixth purchase.
