After reading many reviews, I am very disappointed that a "company" continues to get away with doing business the way that they do. They are set up to do whatever they can to not take care of a problem. I received a Movado watch a few weeks ago that did not work. I had the battery replaced and the watch worked for three days. Since I took the stickers off I am not eligible for a refund or even an exchange. Now I am jumping through hoops to get the watch repaired, which at this point I have no confidence in. USPS certified priority has tried delivering the package with no luck so far. A notice has been left at their facility and USPS says there is no secure location available. I called customer service five days after USPS attempted to deliver and he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, was condescending, and told me I should have used Fedex or UPS and asked where the watch was. I honestly feel like I got ripped off at this point. A good company goes out of their way to take care of their customers, not out of their way to not.

Still waiting for 1 of 2 shipments. Paid extra for expedited shipping; expected delivery was March 7th and my order still has not shipped. Customer service basically put the blame on me because I ordered a high demand item, didn't offer me exchange or refund, not even refund for the shipping I paid extra for.

I ordered a Movado 1881 Automatic and when I was trying on for the first time the needle scratched the strap. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order and would never order from this website. I paid for the return and they deducted ~$30 before refunding. Now I’m not even sure if it is authentic or fake. Why would movado design such a thing!

STAY AWAY. The Watchmaxx "promise" and "guarantee" are just words. They do not stand behind the authenticity of their products. I am a collector who purchased a $2k + watch from Watchmaxx. The branded box and packaging was determined to be fake by a 3rd party Authenticator and Watchmaxx did nothing and had no explanation. Watchmaxx customer service is a joke and they will eventually ghost you if you have an issue. I will never buy anything from them again. But if you HAVE to buy a watch from them, do it through ebay where it can be authenticated before you get it.

Disheartening experience with Watchmaxx
Order #426514 This was my third purchase from watchmaxx and this time I purchased a Oris diver 65 that I had been following. I see in these reviews that a customer also had an issue with the Oris 65 diver, are these even new watches? My first two watches were Hamiltons and they arrived properly seated and secure as if new. The Oris was not seated and all over the box. The crown was extended to the max and it was wrapped with a tissue and long plastic strip with a bar code on it, it looked terrible. It honestly looked like the watch was returned multiple times, threw in a box and sent to me. I immediately contacted watchmaxx and then later at the end of my work week spoke to Jose about the return. I stated I did not want the watch and expressed why in initial email and asked for a return slip. First I was told i would need to pay a restocking fee and ship back on my own dollar. I stated I purchased through Amazon pay and he corrected himself about restocking fee. He then asked for a picture of watch which I sent. No where does it ask about sending pictures in regarding a return, but I sent one. I am still waiting for a return slip (RMA) from watchmaxx after speaking with Cherry. Honestly I hoped this was going to be my place to shop for watches and had been eyeing a Tudor black bay from them, but no way. I am so disappointed in my experience. Now I am paying for FedEx shipping and insurance to send this back, have lost money on this purchase, very sad for a customer that has had multiple purchases.
