Some PVD (rose gold) coated stainless steel watches, have the description of 'solid gold case'. Such as H77696793. Thank God I double checked at Jomashop to get the correct information.

My item arrived broken. I called customer service to set up a return. The rep I spoke to spent the first few minutes implying (quite condescendingly) that I didn’t know how to work the watch, even though I had just been to a Tag Heuer Boutique to be shown how to use the watch. Once he heard I had been to a Tag boutique, he insinuated that someone at the boutique broke the watch. It seemed like his mission was to make me feel stupid, but mostly he confirmed every fear I had about buying an expensive watch online, and made me wholeheartedly regret my purchase.

So Per the listing it states that the watch comes with box and papers and with 100% authentic, brand new merchandise, complete with the manufacturer's packaging and a minimum 2-year guarantee. Now when I got the watch it only came with the box and no papers meaning original warranty card which would show the date of the watch and SN. Also the website says minimum 2 year guarantee and then I am now told only 1 year. So this is very misleading and they are no help in trying to resolve this issue.

Simple online process. Saved 35% over my local brick and mortar stores for exact same watch. Would recommend checking WatchMaxx website to anyone looking to buy a watch.

Always deliver on time. Great company. Could improve on answering emails in a timely manner though.

I was deciding on the purchase of a Bell and Ross BR05, I made a reasonable offer per their request ($200 less than asking sale price). I never received a reply. Next day the price went up approx. $400. Called CS, he actually found the email, said he'll get back to me.... never did. I purchased the watch (different color dial) from a competitor website with awesome CS. I wouldn't recommend these guys. Probably would have paid original asking sale price if they would have replied with a denial on my offer. Also I was a repeat customer, you would think a reply wouldn't have been to much trouble.

Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my Oris Sixty-Five automatic watch. On 08.12. I ordered the watch from watchmaxx and on 13.12. the delivery reached me. Unfortunately the clock was defective, it ran 5 seconds per minute or 2 hours per day too fast. The return to watchmaxx for repair cost me around 5 hours and 125 euros. On 01/16 I received an email from watchmaxx that the watch was on its way to me again. Unfortunately, that's not true, according to the UPS tracking number, only a label was created but the shipment was not yet handed over to UPS by watchmaxx. Unfortunately, watchmaxx does not respond to my emails, I do not think this is serious behavior on the part of watchmaxx.

Pricing was phenomenal, shipment was fast and watch is exactly what I'd previously seen at a retail store.
