SIGVARD AGITO MECHANICAL SKELETON POCKET WATCH I received the watch and immediately looked at it through my eyelet. Years ago I used to be a machinist. I would build thread gages with a tolerance of three ten-thousandth of an inch. Under strong magnification I can see the precision cut parts and the sand blasting to remove burs. It's uniform. It's clean. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now. It is very, very accurate. Within a two week period, It is accurate to the second. Beautiful. Well done to your team of designers, engineers and technicians.

Ordered product substantially in advance of my sons wedding. The day before the ceremony, your product had still not arrived. I went to my local Dillards and found a product of equal quality for less money. I will be returning your unopened box of product to you.

Ordered a Panama straw hat for $200 fairly pricey for a summer hat. It came in a tiny flimsy box without any protective packaging. The hat came severely bent so it is not wearable. You may want to order from places similar to your business and see how they do it. For example Farfetch does way better in shipping and handling plus proper return labels. Regarding shipping this back to you. You provided a label through the USPS and the label marked do not charge customer. The USPS is not familiar with this label and they refused to take the package. At the moment I am waiting on instructions on what to do with a damaged hat without a proper return label that allows shipping from the US to Denmark. I could have given you less than 3 stars but the point is not to fail you miserably but for you to adjust your business model. You need to improve and provide adequate packaging with the proper labels when things don’t workout for ease of return. Without making the process streamline for the customer to ship back then no one will buy from you especially internationally. It is much easier to shop elsewhere.

Took almost a month to deliver a couple bracelets. Not sure how that is even possible for it to take that long. Not to mention how overpriced these products were. $50+ For six bracelets. That has to be a joke. I feel like a deserve some type of refund for waiting a month for these overpriced, flimsy bracelets.

This is an update to my previous review. Since my last one-star review, the Vendor contacted me and resolved the shipping issue immediately, and I did receive my order. Thank You
