I LOVE the products. My only complaint is that I wish they had done a better job of tracking the package. I ordered a product before realizing it was out of the country. I used standard shipping, so I knew it would be a minute before it got here. I just wish I knew where it was. It was a gift, so I needed it before a certain date and knowing where it was would've given me a better idea of when it'd be here. So, that's my only complaint. That being said, I love the products and will definitely be ordering from here again.

Oh my God. These people are really nice! Needed to exchange a men's bracelet for a different size. The representative was most wonderful to help me out with the return. I will definitely use this company again.

I was surprised to find out that this tie was shipping from Denmark. I ordered it on a Friday, it shipped out on Monday and arrived 20 days later via USPS. This outfit does a good job of letting you know how to contact them and provides pretty good tracking info on your order in their own country, but once it arrives in the US - tracking is vague. Packaging for the tie was first-rate - came in its own slide open box inside the shipping box.

I received 3 products from this company and all 3 of them are unmatched in quality and looks! I struggled a little with the size of my 1st order but when I contacted them, they hooked me up with the solution. Be aware that if you order regular mail, it could take 2-3 weeks before you receive your order but all and all my experience with these guys was great and I would definitely order from them again!

Was not aware that I was paying $19 each for one earring. Nothing was wrong with the product but I thought they were pairs. Would not have purchased 1 earring for that cost
