I have been looking for a reliable fresh flower supplier for years. I've tried them all and have been disappointed even by the big names. I did the usual Tesco flower shop and whilst they had an impressive amount and different styles, they all seemed a little on the turn and not fresh. The usual. I was relating my past flower failures to my local pub landlady. She agreed, better to not buy anything than buy a bad bouquet. It was at this point she suggested trying Freddie's Flowers. So I decided to give them a go. Turned up on time, very fresh and a guide on how to arrange them which no other supplier has ever done. A really nice touch. A week on, they still look fresh!! Thank you Freddie, whoever you are and well done. Will certainly order again! 👍🇬🇧

I think I will become a regular ....im impressed

I have been pondering over these flowers for a while and the current offer with free vase was my final trigger to try. I must say the flowers arrived on time as agreed and packed so well, plenty of room for the flowers and all arrived in great condition. The flowers with the free vase look wonderful in my hallway. I am very impressed and may become a regular to these !

Sent wrong flowers FOUR TIMES

My lovely mum tried to order my sister and I identical bunches of tulips. When the boxes arrived, they were both lilies. Mum complained, and the re-sent the order. They were lilies - again. She complained again - the new order also contained lilies. I've now had FOUR boxes of lilies, and no tulips. So has my sister. My mum has complained each time and they haven't been able to resolve it. The irony is that we both have cats, and lilies are toxic to them so we've had to give the flowers away. No idea what's going on, but this was a total disaster and FF has just lost three customers.
