I had a problem with a Freddie’s flowers delivery and lack of communication, today I had a call from Freddie’s flowers with an apology, refund and complimentary flowers it was more than I expected when I complained so they have been more than fair the lady I spoke to was lovely. So I would now be happy to recommend them Many thanks

My 'regular' service is almost always late. You charge in advance for flowers that you haven't delivered - and your drivers either don't bothering ringing the door bell or don't seem bothered about being well outside their delivery timeslot. I used to love Freddies flowers - but about to cancel. They are not cheap and if you can't provide a basic level of customer service it's not worth the angst

Freddie's Flowers offers beautiful and long-lasting floral arrangements with a personal touch. Despite these challenges, the flowers themselves are generally of good quality and often surprise with unique selections. Overall, a mixed experience due to customer service hurdles.

I love my Freddie’s!! The flowers are gorgeous and last 2 weeks. They bring me joy each time! I don’t like to look ahead at what I’m getting so it’s a surprise gift to myself each fortnight.

Consistently excellent flowers which last for 2-3 weeks and we always love watching Freddie’s tips on how to arrange each bouquet. Fabulous value for money and appreciate the flexibility in being able to postpone deliveries. Just a thought but any chance of developing an App to make it easier to log into our account?

Lovely flowers that last quite a long time. Great variety of blooms, some that are new to me. I also like that you have the delivery on the week you want and do not have to have flowers on a monthly basis.

Really beautiful flowers, loved them. However didn’t receive the note with it especially since it was a get well soon gift to someone which was a little disappointing but nonetheless still very lovely flowers!
