Beautiful flowers and colours

My flowers weren't delivered on the day (I paid extra to have them delivered the next day) but no one told me. i had to call 5 times and email before i could get through and they just said 'delivery failed'. By then the person i was trying to send flowers to had gotten out of hospital so there wasn't really a point any more.

The flowers were great and have lasted for a while. Delivered on time.

The flowers came a day late

Someone bought some letterbox flowers for me as a gift and I have to say I have never recieved such poor quality flowers. I feel so bad that my friend spent £25 on a very poor selection, and the quality was terrible. I rang to complain and they in fairness were quick to say they'd sent out a replacement, but I have to say I can't see how flower delivery of this kind ensures great quality. I had the same issue a number of years ago when I received Freddie's flowers so would not recommend the letterbox version at any point.

Flowers were great but I added a vase to my order which somehow didn’t materialise. I love Freddie’s Flowers when it works but detail is not really their strength.

I absolutely love Freddie's Flowers. I have 2 weeks to love and see the flowers unfold to their perfect glory! They keep fresh for so long and I learned a lot watching Freddie's arrangement tutorials!
