Update: Have been very happy with the outcome from Freddie’s flowers after the initial mistake! They have been very gracious and generous and I will be ordering flowers again for sure - in the future! Thank you!! Hi there it was the wrong flowers totally. I ordered large pink ones and they got yellow autumn flowers. They love pink so very sad about this mistake :(

These are the cheapest flowers at the highest price. My account was charged over £50 and I received two bunches of cheap flowers - lillies, carnations and cransathumums. I could have got such beautiful flowers from the local market for way cheaper, or even from m&s. Not worth it. Don't sign up, it's literally not worth it. Also flowers don't even last a week.

The Flowers was for my Daughter-in-Law’s 50th Birthday and she said they were absolutely beautiful and she loved them. Very pretty and worth the money.

Always beautiful and long lasting

I have ordered flowers a number of times to be sent to friends, without exception the recipients have been thrilled. When I’ve had to contact customer service to change a delivery date, they have been friendly, helpful and very efficient. Now, I don’t bother looking anywhere else, I just go straight to Freddie’s.

I have sent several emails to cancel my subscription without success. Impossible to get through on the phone. I have been skipping deliveries in the meantime but the most recent date slipped my mind. Contacted them twice before this delivery to no avail. Freddie’s flowers email and message when it comes to selling unwanted flowers but not when you want to cancel!
