Brilliant company. Beautiful flowers always fresh and last for ages! Need more ranges flowers though!

I love getting a fresh box of flowers every three weeks. I have the confidence to arrange them and keep them looking good because of the easy to follow instructions that come with them. I also love that the boxes can be returned and reused!

Awful experience! Will not be using again. Ordered flowers to arrive last week for a special occasion for a family member. After not hearing anything I asked if the flowers had been delivered, to get an awful response back saying no they hadn't been and had been rescheduled for a week later!! No mention of money back and no response again, if I hadn't of asked no one from Freddie's would have told me my flowers were going to be a week late?! I expect compensation for this.

I placed a order for a friend's birthday. But due to a delivery issue they were not delivered. Freddie flowers looked into the matter and it was dealt with very quickly as to what went wrong and issued a refund. Great customer service. I will be ordering again. They have a gorgeous range of flowers and gifts for all occasions.

As always the blooms are such good quality. With 24hrs they are bright and blooming. Such beauties every time
