I sent an email recently with regards to my cancelling my contract. I have not heard back with confirmation of you receiving that email. The reason I am cancelling my membership is that the last few bouquets I have received have not lasted very long. I also have a cat and there are always lilies in the bouquets

Got my first flower delivery today, there was a bit of a mishap with the signing up process which resulted in a mistake. Emailed customer service and they fixed it immediately! Such great service from the team Also very pleased with the flowers, they were very fresh, in good condition and obviously beautiful. Looking forward to my next delivery!

However I feel the regular arrival of Freddies Flowers will make me feel happier, sunnier and more smiley. It is glorious to receive beautiful physical flowers but with them comes the knowledge that they have been chosen by a skilled florist who loves flowers and has a passion for sharing them. Shortly after starting with Freddie’s Flowers my wife passed sway, and never got to finish the flowers which had been delivered on the first delivery. I have kept the monthly delivery and look forward to receiving the flowers. It reminds me of her particularly when I try my flower arranging which is helped by the instructions that are sent.

Having used various florists in the past, I have only used Freddies for the last 5 years. Their flowers are not only always beautifully fresh and well packaged, but also imaginative. I have 2 subscriptions set up for monthly deliveries to my mum and my mother-in-law and they've never received a bad flower. I always use Freddie's for one off deliveries, too and everyone who's received them marvels at the quality. I can't recommend Freddies enough.

Full disclosure - I don’t buy every week. If my workload is heavy and I’m not home much or if I’m not keen on the colour combinations I’ll give the week a miss. It’s not a problem. But when my flowers are delivered they’re in superb condition. They’ll definitely last 2 weeks and often longer and the combinations are joyful.

Friendly customer service, flexible, reliable, easy to use website, really great flower arrangements. Only thing is, I asked for no Mother's Day notifications, as they offered this option, but I still got them. So I asked for clarification by email about how this could have happened, and got no reply.
