Excellent customer support A*

I previously made a complaint to Freddie’s Flowers due to a birthday flower surprise gift for my sister-in-law which arrived without the card, so she had no idea that these flowers were from me and my husband. The customer service I received afterwards has been exemplary. Freddie’s Flowers took my complaint seriously, refunded me the full amount and also, as a goodwill gesture, sent me the most beautiful showstopper bouquet as well as the vase! I used to work in the flower industry and I can say without hesitation that these are the finest quality flowers. It says a lot about a company when they own their mistakes and go out of their way to rectify them. I’m really impressed that they turned this around and made me feel like a valued customer. My feedback would be to let the person who has ordered the flowers (for someone else) know when they have been delivered and ensure that the gift card is in the box. I’m absolutely delighted with the after experience and the flowers are absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much xxx

Flowers arrived on the wrong day and were dead. The customer service team did not respond to my call, despite me holding on for 1 hour and 22 minutes. Freddies have since offered a redelivery and 50% discount.

Falling service levels

I am sorry to say the Freddie's excellent customer support and efficient website seen to have lost their way! Also empty boxes are never collected anymore. I can no longer access my account and this morning placed two orders for gift deliveries but only one confirmed. No response from support either. Such a shame Update - another gifting box arrived with no gift card so again recipient has to ring Freddie’s to find out sender etc.

I wish i could leave a lower star review What started as a really good service has just deteriorated with each delivery. The quality of flowers is worse, they last fewer days and tonight in pouring rain someone left the box outside my office at 2030 pm - i dread to see what they will look like in the morning. Farewell Freddie - thats it

Poor Customer Care

Having previously received great customer service, I am really disappointed with both the website and the new call center. What used to be a classy operation is dropped standards dramatically. My poorly friend received flowers on Friday with no card, she didn't know who they were from - embarrassing. I have phoned three times and sent several e-mails, about this and other issues linked to my delivery due to arrive on 18th July, all with no reply. 35 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone and unable to access the website due to technical issues. Freddie's - Please don't leave me a 'flowery' response saying please get in touch. I have tried and you haven't made any attempt to resolve my issues. ******************************************************* Following on from the review above all of my issues have been addressed along with a very kind gesture of goodwill. I look forward to my next bunch of flowers

Truly poor first experience.

First time I’d used your company. Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary and had an email confirmation. The flowers didn’t turn up and I got no response from an email asking for an update. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this company or use them again. *****Edit; Credit it where credit is due. The aftercare team contacted me and were superb. They arranged to have sent out a replacement set of flowers out and an extra free gift.****

Mistake in the date the flower, and greeting card not arriving.

Mistake in the date the flowers were ordered. The promised 15% off was not given in spite of stating the code. Luckily those 2 errors were corrected by me phoning. Worst than the above, was not including my birthday card I chosen for my friend. She didn't know who sent the flowers. I'm waiting to be refunded 15% and have some good will gesture for my deep disappointment
