I traded in my previous steel Submariner for a two tone pre owned model. Was looking around for a while for the right watch. Enjoyed the experience, I am one for a direct approach in negotiating any trade in and I felt that these guys did just that, honest and to the point. Will definitely recommend and also deal with them again myself.

Great product and service

Bought a great watch in good condition but was told it had been serviced at Rolex in London. I still took it to Rolex St. James to get a new dial out in to make the watch look newer. In the procedure they found no record of the serial number of the watch being had and service done to it, which is mandatory if Rolex wants to take in a watch for any reason they must do a service on it. It cost me 800£ for the service, replacement of the chipped glass and to relolish the watch. The is excluding the cost of replacing the dial. The is on top of what I paid for the watch 10,000£. I would have still bought the watch but didn't appreciate the misleading sales pitch . I was aware it was a vintage watch and wasn't expecting a new one, yet was made to think it had been restored to new. There was another watch in a different shop which was identical and cheaper but needed the same work done, had I known I would have settled for the cheaper one and had the same work done to it. Would have saved me 1,600£ in total.

Experts and knowledgeable in their field who provided an excellent service from beginning to the end. One Rolex was even posted to arrive in Milan the next day. We had a follow up call to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. We were very impressed with our dealings with Watchclub, thank you all very much.

After a long search I finally found the watch I was looking for at a right price. I hesitated due to a bad experience earlier that month from another party in London but gave it a shot anyhow. From the first contact there was a ver professional and customer friendly approach. I felt safe and the whole team was giving an excellent support throughout the whole process. The shipment was well prepared and within a few days time I could enjoy to have my Daytona on my wrist. Justin, Georgina and Natasha excellent job!
