Having visited the Watch Club for the first time recently my experience was excellent and the team could not do enough to help.

If your thinking of selling or buying expensive watches my advice to you is try other dealers before you do a deal with this dealer ,so you know what they offer you is a fair price for your watch and not a silly offer I made the mistake of not doing this don,t be taken in by polite people as I was my own silly fault.

The contact with the watch club initially was done by my PA who reported to me they were very helpful with her enquiries, after that she went on holiday which left me to arrange everything as I was looking for a Pro Hunter for my sons wedding with two days to go!!!! I contacted Marta who made the whole process seamless from start to finish. It is so refreshing to have what I can only describe as exceptional service.

I knew the brand of watch I wanted and had a few ranges in mind - GMT II, Submariner and Daytona. I concluded on the ROLEX GMT II BLNR. The payment was wrapped up very quickly after being given some sound advice on my purchase and the brand I am quite new to. Will be getting my second Rolex here next month!

I am really delighted with both the watch and the excellent standard service from Tany and Georgina . The watch is in fantastic condition and strap size is perfect just as Tany advised! Having paid for my watch at 14:30 and it arrived by 10:30 the following day which I feel shows real commitment to the client! Thanks again for all the trouble you went to get the watch to me next day and thanks also for the traveling case and very nice chocolates - both completely unexpected and very generous and much appreciated. Once allowed access by the security on the door found staff to be approachable and knowledgable. I went in a few times before deciding on a Rolex Turn-o-graph.
