I saw a watch I'd been looking for on their website and contacted them. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought the watch on the Friday and needed it delivered quickly. Georgina bent over backwards to get me the watch by 9am the next day, including splitting the parcel into 2 to get past Royal Mail rules. The whole process was professional and an excellent experience.
