Bad communication. Always me chasing them up for updates on my case. Manager/partner is rude on the phone ! Two staff members left the company all of a sudden whilst working on my case. Conveyancing took so much longer than was necessary partly due to slow working solicitors. I did most of the leg work myself and lost a lot of sleep doing it, whilst paying them to “take the stress out of conveyancing “. Many of my emails were not responded to. Very unprofessional !

Wouldnt touch this firm with a bargepole. Dreadful service. Make way too many stupid mistakes. They dont know what they are doing. 1 star is being generous!
